at Lavender Gate Farm
This beautiful property, owned by Willem and Caroline van Zanten, is situated only 4 kilometres from the historical village of Wollombi. Set amongst formal gardens framed with french lavender The Gate Gallery and Sculpture Gardens are the perfect spot to visit or break your journey.
The Sculpture Garden and grounds are open daily. Between October and January we host Sculpture in the Vineyards and for the remainder of the year selected works from prominent Australian sculptors are displayed in our permanent sculpture garden.
The Gate Gallery is open from 10.00 until 3.00 Friday through to Sunday, or by appointment. You will find contemporary works by Australian and European artists alongside paintings by renowned indigenous artists including Kudditji Kngwarrye, Betty Mbitjama, Gloria Petyarre and Violet Petyarre.
